They needed a way to manage activations and tenant billing centrally, which required a platform to bring the groups together. They were using an existing player in the utility management space, however that provider couldn't deliver on their vision of API-based interactions.
Nutiliti works with the COO and development team to build out a comprehensive API integration that enables processes on both sides. For example: Darwin can now query activation status on their individual units. They can also determine which residents have paid their utilities and which ones are delinquent. Nutiliti is responsible for handling the collections through its mobile app which reduces the customer service burden on Darwin.
